DOUBLE SMOKEY PULLED PORK
The chipotle hot sauce and the smoked paprika makes this recipe so double Smokey, and the flavour of the 44th Street Southern Style Pulled Pork in Smokey & Sweet BBQ Sauce gives a good kick and so yummy! Try it for yourself.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 large onion
- 7 garlic cloves
- 1 pickled jalapeno pepper chopped
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 3 tsp. Chipotle hot sauce
- 3 tsp. smoked paprika
- 2 tbsp. tomato paste
- 2 tbsp. Demerara sugar /dark brown sugar
- 2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
- ½ cup catsup
- ½ cup white wine vinegar
- Salt to taste
- 1 box of Southern Style Pulled Pork in Smokey & Sweet BBQ Sauce
- Original Crustini Buns
Put the ingredients (1-11) in the blender and puree until smooth.
Put sauce in a large pot plus, add 2 cups of water. Boil and simmer, covered turning frequently for 2 hours until the meat pulls apart easily. Add the of Southern Style Pulled Pork in Smokey & Sweet BBQ Sauce and cook for another 5 minutes.
Filled some Crustini buns with warm double smokey pulled pork and enjoy!
