The third flavour from the 44th Street Angus Beef Meatball trio
The sweet and sour meatballs...this time I hide it inside a muffin with mustard and cheese and used pineapple juice to water the bisquick mix. Wow, a must try!
Ingredients:
1 packet of sweet and sour meatballs, thawed
1 bisquick pack
1/3 cup pineapple juice
1/4 cup cheddar cheese
1 tbsp mustard with seeds
salt and pepper
1 egg
Cooking Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350C
Pour the packet of bisquick pack in a medium bowl add the pineapple juice and egg, mix until combined.
Add the cheddar cheese and mustard.
Pour the batter into the mini muffin tray filling it halfway then insert the meatballs in the middle, cover again with the batter.
Continue the last step with the remaining sweet and sour meatballs.
Bake in the oven for 15 minutes
