1 pkg: 44th Street® TURKEY BREAST ROAST IN HOME STYLE SAVOURY GRAVY
1 frozen double pie crust (thawed) or use your own favourite homemade crust recipe
2 cups cubed potatoes, cooked
1 cup chopped carrots, cooked
1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (no need to pre-cook these, they will cook during the baking process)
2 tbsp flour
1 tbsp milk
Place all cooked potatoes, carrots and vegetables in large mixing bowl. Sprinkle with flour and stir until vegetables are coated. Chop 44th Street® TURKEY BREAST ROAST into small cubes and add to vegetable mixture. Pour the 44th Street® HOME STYLE SAVOURY GRAVY over the mixture and stir. Pour the pot pie filling into the bottom pie crust and place the top crust over the pie; flute the edges if you like. Brush the top crust with milk. Use a knife to slit the top crust to help release steam while it bakes. Bake in pre-heated, 425 degree, oven for 15 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350 and continue baking for an additional 35-40 minutes, or until crust is golden brown.
