Coconut Turkey Prawn Curry
I start with 44th Street Turkey Chilli - all prepared, delicious and ready to get inventive with!
Add to that 1 Tab curry powder, 1 cup cream of coconut milk, 1 Tab Cumin, 1 tsp chili flakes.
Simmer lightly on stove top and add frozen or fresh jumbo prawns - close lid and steam for 5 min until prawns are pink.
Garnish with green onions, serve over basmati rice.
