Turkey a la King
Saute 1/2 cup onions in a tablespoon of butter until golden
Add a tablespoon of flour and stir for a minute
Slowly add a cup of warm broth or water
Stir quickly so lumps don't form.
Using the 44th Street Turkey Breast Roast, add a tablespoon or two of the turkey gravy, one cup of cubed turkey, and 1/2 cup of frozen peas
Add salt and pepper to taste, and stir until good and hot.
Pour over biscuits or buttered toast
