Beef and Pork Stew

I’ve had this recipe for years! Both of my picky kiddos really love it and my husband too! It’s really hearty and filling!

Ingredients:
1 pkg of stewing beef
1 pkg 44th Street Pulled Pork
1 pkg of onion soup mix
1/4 cup flour
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup chopped tomatoes
1 tsp black pepper
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp garlic salt
4 cups water
1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup carrots, chopped
1/4 cup celery, chopped
1/2 mushrooms, canned or fresh
3-5 tbsp vegetable oil
4 potatoes, diced

Instructions:
In a large pot, add oil and stewing beef to brown. Remove when ready.
Saute onions and garlic until soft.
Add all ingredients back into pot and simmer on low for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
