- 6 cups Mashed Potatoes, made only with butter
- 2 cups Frozen Vegetables (carrots, peas & corn)
- 2 packages 44th Street Slow Cooked Beef Pot Roast in Rich Gravy
- 1 cup Shredded Old Cheddar Cheese
Open Packages of 44th Street Slow Cooked Beef Pot Roast in Rich Gravy and break meat up into small bit sized pieces, mix in frozen vegetables. Top with Mashed Potatoes. Bake in 375 degree oven for 20 minutes or until starting to get bubbly. Sprinkle with cheese and return to oven for another 10 minutes until cheese is melted and top is browned.
