Country Ribs and Twice-Baked Potato Dinner
My recipe is very easy!
 
Grill 44th street ribs on the bbq and serve twice baked potato as a side.
 
Microwave whole potatoes until soft.
Cut in half.
Scoop potato out of skins into a bowl.
Mash potatoes. Add 1/2 cup of ranch dressing and mix in.
Fill potato skins with mashed potatoes.
Top with shredded cheese, green onions and bacon bits. 
Bake for 10 mins.
