Best Beef Stew Ever!
Using 1 package of 44th Street Entrees Pot Roast, cut into bite-sized chunks and set aside.
Chop one carrot, celery, one cup of mushrooms and half an onion.
Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan.
Add vegetables and fry for 5 minutes over medium heat.
Add the pot roast and cook for 5 minutes.
Add 2 tablespoons flour and cook for one minute.
Add 1 cup of beef broth.
Stir until smooth and bubbly.
Serve over boiled potatoes or rice.
