Another original creation of mine using the SOUTHERN STYLE PULLED PORK IN SMOKEY & SWEET BBQ SAUCE
This time I am making it into a pinwheel. So crunchy and full of flavour.
Ingredients:
1 packet of SOUTHERN STYLE PULLED PORK IN SMOKEY & SWEET BBQ SAUCE
1 packet of butter puff pastry or you can use croissant rolls
smoked paprika
cream cheese
mozzarella cheese
1 egg
Cooking Directions:
- Lay the puff pastry or croissant rolls on a parchment paper.
- Spread cream cheese, sprinkle some smoked paprika
- Add the SOUTHERN STYLE PULLED PORK IN SMOKEY & SWEET BBQ SAUCE
- Top with mozzarella cheese.
- Roll the pastry or croissant rolls until you reach the end
- Cut into half inch wide wheels, then put on the baking tray.
- Beat the egg, then spread this on the pinwheel bites.
- Bake in the oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown
