BBQ Meatballs with Tangy Chive Sauce
BBQ meatballs with rice, beans & a sour cream and chive sauce 
 
1 box of 44th st meatball trio (the BBQ flavoured)
1 cup Green beans
1 cup rice
1/2 carrot (shredded)
chopped chives
3 tbsp sour cream
 
Set oven to cook the meatballs. Bring water to a boil & cook the green beans. Cook rice & add shredded carrots to pot when rice is cooked - mix together well. Mix sour cream & chives. Plate the rice with the meatballs on top and add sour cream sauce. Add beans on the side.
