Ingredients:
- 1 package 44th Street Certified Angus Beef® Texas Style Steak Chili
- 12 mini white or red potatoes (pre boiled or microwaved until tender)
- 8 slices of bacon (crumbled)
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- ½ cup sour cream (optional)
- 4 green onions (optional)
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees
- Cut cooled potatoes in half and scoop out inside leaving about ¼ " shell
- Fill each cup with 1 tbsp of 44th Street Angus Beef® Texas Style Chili
- Top with cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon
- Bake in oven for 10 min or until all items are heated through
- Once removed from oven top each with a dollop of sour cream and chopped green onions
Tip: These can be made in advance and left in the fridge for up to 3 days before serving.
