Ingredients:
- 1 package of 44th Street Certified Angus Beef Texas Style Steak Chili, prepared
- 16 large and firm white or brown mushrooms
- ¼ cup cream cheese, softened
- ¼ cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Remove stems from mushroom caps with your fingers.
3. Using a small knife, scrape away remaining stem from cap.
4. Combine chili, cream cheese, and ¼ cup of the cheddar.
5. Fill each cap with approx. 1 tsp of the filling. Press into cap.
6. Top with remaining shredded cheese.
7. Bake 15-17 min or until bubbling
