Smoky Sesame Pork Back Ribs

SPICED SESAME MAPLEWOOD SMOKED & SLOW COOKED PORK BACK RIBS

The toasted sesame salts and seaweed seasoning is complimented by the sweetness of the this smoked and slow cooked pork back ribs that made this ribs so scrumptious and so delicious.

Ingredients

 

2 tbsp. (30 ml) oil

1 pack of Maplewood Smoked & Slow Cook Pork Back Ribs

1 tsp. (10 ml.)  peppercorns

2 tbsp.( 30 ml.) Toasted Sesame Salts

1 tsp. (10 ml.)  Gourmet Seaweed Seasoning

2 tbsp. (30ml)  Honey

2 tbsp. (30 ml) minced garlic

2 cups (500 ml) any BBQ sauce of your choice

 

Instructions

 

  1. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large heavy bottomed pot over medium high heat.
  2. Ready the ribs,add peppercorns, toasted sesame salts and seaweed seasoning, then and add to the pot.
  3. Combine Honey, minced garlic and BBQ sauce and pour over the ribs.
  4. Cooked for 15 minutes each side, turn both sides and watch them closely so they don't burn.
  5. Remove the ribs from the pot, reserve the sauce.
  6. Cooked the ribs in the grill for another 30 minutes, basting with the reduced sauce sauce from the pan (15 minutes each side). It is ready when the ribs are golden brown.
  7. Put in the serving plate and drizzle on top with the remaining sauce.
