Beef pot roast slider recipe
I have created a 44th street beef pot roast slider.  Needed. 1 red onion chopped. 1/2 green pepper. 1/2 red pepper.  Open the 44th street post roast into a medium saucepan after boiling. Using tongs or spatulas break apart the roast. Then pour the veggies into the mix.  Keep on medium heat until the mix has thickened.  Place on buns and add topping to your tastes. I went with habernero cheeses.
