44th Street pulled pork is a family favourite. I am thankful for my family and my friends who are the family I choose for myself. This year I reconnected with my fav Grade 9 teacher (pic of us at my Grade 9 Grad) and she joined us for Thanksgiving and has become part of our family
My husband is so kind and thoughtful from bringing my breakfast in bed to painting pumpkins every Halloween with whatever the kids choose he brings to life. Or brining me cool sunglasses from Roswell New Mexico and surprising me with them on a road trip.
Life for us is about counting the memories not the minutes and living in the moment with those we love. True wealth comes from the relationships we develop, nurture and cultivate and the lives we touch not things and we feel very rich in what we have.
